3. Specific Terms for Login-Based Tools (Community Exchange System)

This section applies specifically to our tools that require a login, such as our Followers, Comments, and some of our Like tools.

  • Acknowledgement of Reciprocal Actions: You understand and agree that these tools operate on a “community exchange” or reciprocal basis (e.g., “follow-for-follow,” “like-for-like”).
  • Authorization of Automated Actions: By securely logging into our Service, you explicitly authorize your authenticated social media account to automatically perform actions, such as following other users, liking other users’ posts, and posting comments on other users’ content, as part of this exchange.
  • Recommendation for Secondary Accounts: For your main account’s safety and to keep its activity feed clean, we strongly recommend that you log in to our Service using a secondary or “sacrificial” account. You can then direct all the benefits (e.g., followers, likes, comments) to your main account by providing its username or post URL as the target.
  • No Liability: You agree that FollowersAndLikes.co is not liable for any actions performed by your account as part of this community exchange system.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

FollowersAndLikes.co does not warrant that: a) The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location. b) Any errors or defects will be corrected. c) The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform. The use of our tools may be contrary to the terms of service of these platforms. You use our Service at your own risk.
